Sports Therapy

Sports therapy, a Sensory therapy which works on sensory issues of your child.

Sports therapy was done in association with Agnes Psychology center. Sports helps enhance mental health by building confidence, self-esteem, and resilience. The hands-on aspect of sports leads to cognitive skill improvement in children and allow them to discover and access strengths that cannot be challenged in the traditional classroom setting. The aim was to improve focus, concentration and ability of special children to follow instructions.


Children with severe behavior issues and slow learners were chosen for this therapy. Duration was from January 2020 to March 2020. Sports therapy was the first of its kind in Mangalore and improvement was noticed in all students. Suitable for children with Tantrums, Aggression, Oppositional behavior and Repetitive Behaviors.
